Documents To Go for BlackBerry released...sort of

Documents To Go has just listed on their Web site BlackBerry Version 1.002. Under choices for devices, all of the latest available BlackBerry models as well as the BlackBerry 9000, or Bold, are listed. Could DataViz be posting information about their software in anticipation of the release of the BlackBerry Bold? Will the release from RIM come earlier than expected?

I tried to download the trial software version for my BlackBerry 8300 (I'm waiting for the Bold before I upgrade). There is no way to download a trial release of their basic software. It looks like you can only download a "pro" version. But to do that you need the key from the basic software...which isn't released yet, but comes pre-loaded on the Bold— which hasn't been released yet. So basically it is a cruel, cruel tease.

But everything on the site is written as though the Bold were already released...

I'm guessing that the Bold will be available for sale to consumers within a week. That is just my guess. We'll see...
